I am a psychologist graduated from the University of Seville, master’s degree in general health psychology from the University of Almería.
Already during the training period I began volunteering in different areas (children, minorities at risk of exclusion, etc.) complementing with training courses on emergencies, neuropsychology, sexual violence, technological addictions, etc., until I decided to specialize in sessions of psychotherapy.
I am currently simultaneously working and doing continuing training in order to improve my ability to adapt to the person and keep my knowledge of different areas up to date.
My specialization is aimed at adult therapy, offering help in various important areas of life.

We will have a first evaluation session, in which you will tell me what concerns you and we will agree on what and how we are going to work.

We will start seeing each other once a week. As we progress, the sessions will be more spaced in time, until we both consider you are ready to finish the therapy.
